«Almost everyone uses managerial competence — leadership...»

But the very definition of leadership is different and depends on the company's values: for some, authoritarianism is just right, and for others, a democrat is needed, and a liberal is more like a curse. But all companies strive to get leaders, because the most important managerial competence in an era of information revolution and total change is leadership itself.

During the lecture we will consider 4 topics:

1. Types of leadership

2. Leadership Pipeline concept

3. Organizational design

4. Organizational changes

BONUS! All participants who attend the broadcast will receive a lecture synopsis as a gift.

The event will be held in cooperation with the ALFA TALKS project, which deals with the internal development of Alfa-Bank Ukraine employees. ALFA TALKS — topics that matter.
